Welcome to the Monticello Activities Registration Page! We are excited to offer a wide range of activities for our students, including sports and fine arts. Participation in extracurricular activities enhances your high school experience and helps develop important skills and friendships.
2024-25 Activity Registration
We are excited to be launching a new system for registering your students for Monticello Activities. Winter and Spring Registration for the 24-25 year is now active! To register for activities offered by the Monticello Activities Office, please click the button below:

Physical Examinations
Students registering for athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the Activities Office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and uploaded prior to the first day of practice/tryouts. Physicals are good for 3 years from the date of appointment.
